TaskSwipe is a personal productivity app that helps you manage your to-do list. It runs entirely on your device. No account is required and no data is sent to us.
You may use TaskSwipe for personal, non-commercial task management. You agree not to:
TaskSwipe is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.
We are not responsible for lost tasks or data. Because all data is stored locally on your device, we have no ability to recover it if it is lost due to device failure, accidental deletion, or an app update. Back up your device regularly.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of data, loss of productivity, or loss of profits) arising out of your use of or inability to use TaskSwipe.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app.
The TaskSwipe name, logo, and app design are our property. These terms do not grant you any rights to use our branding, trademarks, or intellectual property outside of normal use of the app.
We may update the app or these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will note significant changes in the app’s release notes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of Hickory, NC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
